Curious what you don't like about them because I think they're pretty damn good. They can be light and playful, while still telling you what's happening and why it's happening. Incorporate analytics without being over the top with them. Homers, but critical of the team when it's called for. Yeah, I watched a lot more Cubs than Sox in the first half of the season.

I don't understand what's considered a "retro park" anymore. I get the Camden Yards thing, especially since it was such a shift from what we were used to at the time. But it seems like any stadium built after new comiskey, other than those with retractable roofs, is loosely referred to as a retro park.

History tells me Hahn would take you up on that offer, but then you'd inexplicably start to lose your ability to hear after the first 45 minutes.
