5/16: White Sox VS Guardians- 7:10P Central Time
This is the start of the stretch where this team plays up to its potential. Starts with a sweep of Indians. White Sox go 40-20 over the next 60 games and lead the AL Central by the end of it. #GoodGuysWhereBlack Lets GO.

Will the Sox do the right thing when Eloy comes back and move Yoan to 2B?
I dont agree with people on this board complaining about defense but then support a move like this. I would most certainly have Eloy in the outfield than Burger at 3B and Yoan at 2B. It doesnt make any sense. Burger is a great story but Im not sold yet. He is very much held up by his large slugging percentage and his K rate is still too high to count on any consistant production. Keep Yoan where he is at. He is having a good season thus far.

Is Vaughn a good enough 1b to rebuild around?
Andrew Vaughn is the prime example of the White Sox not able to develop at the major league level. I hope they give him some help and he figures it out.

Garfein: Tim Anderson hates pitch clock, not Chicago
I don't understand the Tim bashing here even if he said that which is pure speculation. 1. Whatever Tim says Jose is agreeing with. I think if its really the case I think the focus should be on the fact that the two major stars the Sox had in the last 8 years are agreeing its not a great place to play. Jose pretty much said as much when he left. 2. Its been a terrible season for the White Sox. I have worked in really good environments but had a really stressful job and definitely have muttered god I hate my job. Its honestly not the truth but when things are not going right sometimes you just say things. I think it would be more fucked up if he did an interview and was like " this is great, things are perfect here". Basically people are people. No matter the money. Things get to them. More importantly should be the overall well being of the organization and why its not successful. I think that starts at the ownership level and really fails on the player development side of the White Sox organization.

5/4- Sox vs Twins, 1:10
Can we please score and win this game. For the love of god.
-
5/2- Twins vs Sox, 6:10
IM going to be honest, I went to two of the Tampa games and needed a break from watching this team. This is my first game in the last week and thank god because I couldn't imagine watching baseball last week.

5/2- Twins vs Sox, 6:10
You can't have all of these guys suck. Either feel confident in them or get rid of Katz. You can't be calling up guys and immediately putting them in these situations.
-
5/2- Twins vs Sox, 6:10
It is interesting to see them put a guy who they just called up to hold a one run game.

4/26 Sox @ Toronto 12:07
Honestly, I blame the organization not being able to help these guys. Its just across the board of consistently watching players who have potential and had success in the minor league not be able to put it together at the MLB level. The coaches need to do better. They should rethink a new pitching coach at this point. Beyond Cease everybody else has taken a step backwards under him.

Rebuild Time
Ya crazy.. Dylan Cease with three years of control would 100% net you a massive trade package. The runner up to Cy Young winner in his prime. You are getting at least 1 top 20, 1-top 50, 2- Top 15 Prospects in the Organization.

Lightning in a Bottle; Sox have amazing year?
This is comical. I think you can make the claim that Luis can't stay healthy. I feel like that is fair. To say the man is anything but incredible shape is just a lie though. All the guy does is post workout videos.

BA White Sox Top 10
Surprised about how low Sosa is on so many lists. He put up just as good of a season in the minors as Colas but did it one year younger at a more premium position.
-
Liam Hendriks coming up in trade discussions
I could be wrong but it sounds like Reyaldo Lopez maybe the guy they turn to for closing. The way the organization talks about him is as a future closer. I know he only has one more year on his deal. I think Crochet wants to be a starter and Katz alluded to him being in more of swing role when he gets back whenever that is.

RUMOR: White Sox interested in Adam Duvall
Suppose I meant superstar being the potential to be one. Not necessarily they are.
-
RUMOR: White Sox interested in Adam Duvall
To me I understand the reasoning for filling holes and adding depth. The superstars on this team are homegrown. They are Eloy, Moncada, Vaughn and Robert for the position players. All at one point were top 10 prospects and have shown at one point in their careers the significant upside. However, If they can't stay healthy or underperform the team will never do anything. I really feel like its up to them to perform or were never going to achieve the hopeful goals. Bringing in a Trea Turner or Bogearts doesn't really change that fact. I would feel the same way.

Carlos Correa is a Twin - 6 yrs $200M
I know people complain the White Sox don’t spend but some of these deals are going to be god awful. They will be lucky to get three years of surplus value.
-
The White Sox cannot be fixed by next season
Lets be clear the old guys on this team are largely replaceable and reside in cheaper positions to fill. Abreu, Grandal and the bullpen is where the age comes from. All of the skill positions are young or in prime years. When I speak about core I talk to Moncada, Eloy, Robert, Cease, Anderson and Kopech. All you can make a pretty case will have better years ahead.
