Also what I do when I begin working out when I havent for a while is start extremely light. Like lets say you normally culred with 45 lbs dumbbells for the first time youre starting again only use 20s or 25s and ween in the more weight. It woks pretty well.

I think just about everyone here would rather have them make the playoffs before seeing JD win the MVP but one thing doesnt have anything to do with other right now.
