  1. And the players, especially the ones who see how things run on a day to day basis, are the ones that see it first hand. Even a player who was here last year after all of these major changes were made last year was saying how much better a place like Boston is being run. It is easy to hand wave away fans thoughts, but when players and front office peers see it, it is harder to discount those thoughts.
  2. So if no other front offices think the Sox are worth mentioning, despite all of the changes that they all can see personally in their work, and observe their work on a professional level that none of us can, that their point of view should be invalidated because their first hand observations aren't valid yet? It's wild how no one can judge anything happening in the White Sox organization, unless it is positive. We can sit and listen to being told that the changes they have made are so important by the media, and that is valid, but the people the Sox front office is literally competing against on a day to day basis can't. That's crazy.
  3. To be fair predicting your own posts isn't really impressive.
  4. Even I would rather have Balta around.
  5. Well thankfully that is dead. They could have added WestEddy himself to the pen today, and it would still make me happy.
  6. And the Mets weren't the worst winning percentage either. But MLB history still recognized them as losing the most games in a single MLB season in the history of the sport. Well up until the 2024 White Sox came along.
  7. Considering you still have players who were here last year trashing the organization as they settle into new organizations this year, I am not surprised.

  12. I would settle for 1 real starter as a beginning point.
  13. That is a really long name.
  14. If nothing changed after changing a manager, it's probably not the manager.
  15. And he played for long stretches while obviously injured.
  16. The reporting is that he has had a minority share (~5%) for a number of years, and this just expanded his ownership position. He's not a new owner.
  17. So when do we get Outman back? /obvious reply
  18. Don't worry about him, he is getting all of his sads out with his passive aggressive laugh reacts.
