  1. Oh right, I was just imaging this thread.
  2. Folks, if you want to get absolutely nothing out of your money, please send it this way. I will even be willing to send pics of me enjoying it.
  3. Walter Payton also played 40 years ago when it was OK to end people's careers because you didn't like them being too happy about something.
  4. His best friend was murdered. I am not surprised that affected him, and sure am not going to hold it against him. He was also injured for a good portion of last year and tried playing through it, which could well be what the actual problem was last year.
  5. I am a TA stan. I love what he has made himself with where he came from and what he has dealt with in his life. He's everything we wanted from our farm system, and he plays the game with some flare.
  6. It's the same crap they fed everyone last winter. They were the favorites for Carlos Correa then too if you listened to the talking heads and fans.
  7. So he is a combination of too excited, and not excited enough, all at the same time.
  8. Now I am kind of sad we didn't get a Leury hype video last year.
  9. This has been happening a lot lately, but #TeamBalta
  10. When you look at his last five years, that is exactly what you should do. Even with his two month hot streak, he has been essentially Leury Garcia since 2017.
  11. Jared Kelinic was supposed to be a surefire superstar, and MLB has kicked his ass up one coast and down the other.
  12. I get this part, but that sure hasn't stopped the, THEY ARE GOING TO SIGN RODON AND CORREA parade from happening.
  13. Not to mention I could generate a list of Hall of Famers who had terrible starts to their careers. MLB is tough, and it is tough for a reason. Lots of guys struggle right off of the bat. Smart organizations understand that.
  14. There it is. Relying solely on a unproven rookie is classic lack of depth and asking for a disaster.
  15. So for all of the talk the last two winters now about the Cubs spending big, they again are no where to be seen.
  16. Lynn is a better example. He shows up batters after meaningless strike outs in the first inning. No threads yet. Again, where is the difference?
  17. Liam acts like a clown after every single save, yet not a single thread on that. What is the difference?
  18. Only if they are on the roster to start the season.
  19. If I am to believe Soxtalk's self proclaimed geniuses, he is our next superstar.
