Kapkomet told me we would be in the World Series, that's when I started to believe.

We got our first offer accepted on a place that we were hoping to buy. It is so exciting to get this part of everything taken care of. Now comes all of the paperwork and financing stuff, but after as big of a mess as finding a house has been, we are relieved. For people who have more interest in the details I am going to put something on my blog, so as not to bore everyone else...
