  1. If winning is more important than development right now, why is TA leading off?
  2. Mexico,City would be a security nightmare.
  3. Ozzie mentioned it on the pre game show. Said since Middleton was in town Rick should have gone to him if there was a problem. Said, as much as Ozzie himself had some issues with the media, Jesse was doing his job. Then went over the long list of White Sox players who recently left that mentioned clubhouse issues. Said the front office should be thanking them for speaking up, and learn something.
  4. While there’s always that possibility, the White Sox are currently irrelevant. So does it really matter fandom wise if they lose 95 games or 105? I guarantee the next GM of the White Sox will not be around as long as Hahn if he fails at the same clip. He’s made Bob Pulford look like he got a raw deal.
  5. I’m pretty sure he also runs errands for JR.
  6. Apparently Hahn went after Jesse Rogers for writing this article. The funny thing was Middleton was in the stadium and he avoided him.
  7. Ozzie called out Pedro for talking out of both sides of his mouth. The day after he said winning trumped development right now, he held out Robert, but said he could play if it was a must win type game. Ozzie did think holding Robert out was the right thing to do.
  8. Wouldn’t today be a great day for the White Sox to announce Rick Hahn is no longer with the organization?
  9. Get a Verizon phone plan and get Sunday Ticket for free.
  10. I agree. TA's kind of like your little brother for everyone that has one. He's popping off all the time, deserving to be beat up. He drives you crazy, you'd like to pop him from time to time. But once someone else tries to pop him, it should be on. On the other hand though, it's easy from afar to say someone should have ben swinging, but reality is probably a bit different. I also don't know how you are defending TA by punching some other random player. And as you said, getting his knocked out ass off the field was a great service to him. His mouth was still going.
  11. Either that, or you are secretly Rick Hahn. I'm not sure I like you anymore.
  12. I guess it's just hard to imagine the people that once thought Ricky Renteria was a problem after winning games, don't want to hold anyone accountable after losing games.
  13. Roberts steal of 3rd where he got injured, was to pad his stats.. He's after 30 SB. Had a slow start in that department this year. Whatever it was, something finally woke him up earlier this season. He was Claudell Washingtoning it the first month or so.
  14. Does anyone else ever notice when the media brings up his job status, Rick always seems to mention his Executive of the Year award? Fire him today.
  15. If playing Elvis is your way to try to avoid 100 losses, it says a lot about where the organization is. And if major league wins right now are more important than development, why did the Sox trade all those guys at the deadline? These guys couldn't be straight with you if they tried. Pedro is in way over his head. Fire his ass with the rest of them.
  16. They said they are working on something to "celebrate" fans. So Soxfest is done, until they win enough they feel safe. Cowards won't face the music. Just more lack of accountability. I wish someone in the media would call them out on it. For it to be August and they have nothing tells you all you need to know. These things are booked often years in advance. Tom Ricketts seems like a bit of a weasel to me, but he faced the music. I think I mentioned this before, but its often been written on the site that the White Sox hate their fans. I always used to laugh at the ridiculousness of that statement. But every passing year, it seems more and more likely that the statement is true. Fans are just the necessary evil to them.
  17. If it isn't intentional, it's one of the most coincidental things ever. After watching Rick Hahn and Pedro on Monday, you can't believe anything this organization says. They really think we are the dumbest people on the planet.
  18. The thing is Katz isn't in the bullpen during games, The name omitting for Middleton is so petty.
  19. If you want a good laugh or perhaps a cry, google Pedro Grifol introductory press conference. 2 guys at the podium either lying about everything or totally incompetent, or both.
  20. Liam in uniform tonight. Sporting a huge brace.
  21. The highlight of last night had to be Aaron Boone mimicking Laz Diaz' strike three.
  22. Considering he was stage 4 in December or January, there is a pretty good chance he played with cancer in 2022. Perhaps that had something to do with the injury then. As far as rushing him back, yeah, it probably was rushed, but a lot of that was Liam. He made it a goal to be back before he would have been eligible to be off the 60 day DL. Maybe that helped him recover.
  23. Since their breakout 2020 60 game, no fans in the stands season, which was when the period of sustained winning, and multiple championships was supposed to commence, they are 2 games over .500, after winning 3 in a row. Mired in mediocrity. Hahn should write a how-to book about it.
  24. No. But here it is for all to see.
