Completely invisible/unnoticed/disregarded? Maybe they got ahead of their skis a little bit.

Mason Miller won't solve this dilemma.

No margin for error against Hunter Brown...

Colson and Vargas both have been sliding defensively...

https://www.dallasnews.com/sports/rangers/2022/03/11/rangers-owner-ray-davis-says-hes-unsure-mlb-could-have-bounced-back-from-lockout-shortened-season/ Seems Davis four years ago was more of an owner that wanted to avoid the strike rather than risk a prolonged stoppage...but has since become known as a "cheap" owner for not spending as wildlife as fans desired (shocking!).

Four guys obviously aligned with the small market teams and God knows what position Texas will push as a big market that often complains about salaries/payroll while still basking in the glow of a WS title. Just seems that 5 year WS bump is now down to just 2-3 seasons...or maybe it's just that Texas is such a competitive sports market with football totally consuming weekends beginning in late August. That combined with a relatively disappointing stadium.

https://www.yahoo.com/sports/articles/padres-mason-miller-trade-table-220003092.html As long as it's not Bonemer AND Carlson. But obviously half or more will hate either going for even the most elite reliever. And King And Campusano or Fermin

Called that...and added Campusano OR Fermin into the deal. Seems all but certain King will be opting out of his contract barring an injury.

SIUSA Today Defends Controversial Caitlin Clark Column With...The publication says a bizarre, inflammatory article ripping the WNBA star is fine because it’s an opinion piece. The crazy part is they (USA Today) had a separate article accusung her of skipping WNBA All Star weekend events to get her hair done inIowa when she was doing an even for her charitable foundation. Also had time to visit Obama Library, Wilson Basketball flagship store in Chicago for an event as well as McCormick Place for 30 min player interviews.

Pitcher with no control to the bullpen? And diminished stuff? At least not throwing much over 95-97, which is pretty much the reliever velocity these days...

YesYes to trade 2. Can't see even a new GM taking Quero back as the secondary piece, though. No to trade 1.

It's really only 1-2 at this point unless you're just buying an underperforming contract. Adams hasn't proven anything at the major league level yet, and Shane's a total mess still.

Probably Bonemer and McDougal...and that just depends on whether they see Caleb as a future 3B or 2B, as they are already projecting deVries to move to third from SS. At that point, you still need pitching and the only big asset left is Carlson. And then there's the risk of 2027 being at least half lost, and with it some of the value of that control comes off. Doubtful you can/should include Teel at such a steep discount. Just throw in Quero as a sweetener as third/fourth piece.

Is Schriffen now jinxed by another awkward Benetti-esque food faux pas? Karl Ravech to replace … ?

Can the White Sox get much worse defensively at catcher? (someone will argue Korey Lee) Offensive production already bottom 5 in history of sport across various slash lines. Plus Haase would be theoretically more motivated to play against Tigers Guardians Twins

Former Tigers’ catcher Eric Haase released by SFG Joey Bart and Wells/Fortes if Yankees trade for Hunter Goodman are other possibilities

Doesn’t mean all that much until AA/AAA, but good sign of aggressiveness and lack of injury fears….sprint speed over 28? 29?

T.Sato is the obvious target with no position players even getting $100 million plus and the Kyle Tucker deal weighing as well, not to mention Bichette. Itoh on the pitching front, but Imai/Sasaki causing some consternation there. Itoh not a fire baller, mid 90s, more like a Davis Martin type.

Danks Keuchel Lynn eviscerated the notion of long term deals for pitchers…not that they ever tried signing a true star, even Tanaka with NY was a step below that. Ofc Z.Wheeler FA year, too.

Josh Rojas RBI single lol. 3-3. Troy Melton pitching like a Cy candidate these days.

“In there every day” the key point

Looks like light hitting Outman trying to block Skubal trade. Three run homer to put Detroit up late… Surely Josh Rojas will save KC with Witt out. Detroit would pull to 49-54 with Houston Balt Minnesota and Seattle or Texas ahead. Would be 4 gb for WC, 6 for Central. All signs are Minnesota being willing to sell anyone but Buxton (can refuse any trade) and the young core players…

KC already has a nice newer basketball facility. Not sure enough of a population base for most of the mega concerts. Also depends how far out in Johnson County or Wyandotte, where the KS Speedway and current major concert venue are located. Then there’s also Starlight and Midland theatres.
