Benetti's new job...
Schriff might even be better to listen to than McKnight and Beckham paired together. Scary thought. Haven't minded him as much recently with all the Mune hyping around the franchise and 1-1/2-41 pick excitement. The Sox seem to love burning bridges when they fear they might be left/abandoned first...why is that ambition to be among the best such a negative thing in a broadcaster, GM or field manager?

Murray to IL with Shoulder Dislocation, Hays reinstated.
Playing short handed...that has just NEVER happened in recent years, can't think of a time?

Benetti's new job...
But do they eat more according to civilized rules of society at 35th and Shields or the 78? Maybe because Stone gets a s%*# ton of days off. Probably more than Benetti requested even. Adds to the rivalry. Can't be too partial to the Sox as the rival Tigers guy now (and a known lifelong Sox fan) or that would be dissected. Like Chris Rongey liking the Cardinals more than the Sox, for example.

4/26 White Sox vs Nationals
Your overt reluctance in not embracing the game thread duties yesterday was a primary factor in the loss. Since we can't blame Getz or JR...someone has to be the scapegoat. Sorry!

LUIS ROBERT TRADED
You can help WE with his tech/VPN issues lol. Not so easy for us troglodytes in mid 50s and I think he said early 60s. We’ve been bypassed by AI/LLM’s/bots and patiently await Elon’s UBI payments in the mail. Claude is Monet lol dammit

Tommy pham’s again available. Schriff would simply jizz over that. Probably 50% of the reason he wouldn’t consider a return.

White Sox win draft lottery, will pick #1 in 2026
well, I guess this weekend’s attendance gave Ishbia reason not to lose hope… Speaking of false hope, does anyone actually believe Fenway Sports Group/J.Henry is getting out of the Red Sox business due to fan base disenchantment?

4/26 White Sox vs Nationals
Delmonico could actually hit and was popular with the ladies lol. "Not the very worst outfield in 125 years of Sox history" should be forwarded to Boyer. Better even than the Guardians' "third best record in baseball since 2014 but no titles." Not counting on anything over 1 fWAR until actually achieved.

Padres sell for $3.9 billion, certain elements of SoxTalk miffed
"Meanwhile, Forbes estimates that the franchise is worth $5.25 billion, and CNBC values Henry’s Fenway Sports Group—which also owns Liverpool Football Club and, until recently, the Pittsburgh Penguins, among other properties—at $14.58 billion. Two years ago, as the Dodgers were signing two-way star Shohei Ohtani, Henry was in negotiations for his new venture, the Strategic Sports Group, to invest $3 billion into the PGA Tour. Meanwhile, the Red Sox raise ticket prices every year. Fenway Park is now the most expensive venue in the sport. Boston fans, who used to greet Henry with tearful “thank yous”, now chant, “Sell the team” at games." www.si.com

Why the Sox can't be the Guardians...
Well we're even lol. Except I haven't invested hundreds of hours of fighting a one man war like (Don't) Quixote for a return to glory on the northern side of 35th Street. Ishbia will die before that happens. He's not a billionaire hedge funder due to making rash ill-advised investments. And are you War Machine or something? Will you finally wave the White Flag when the first pylon penetrates the earth at the 78?

Better strategy than your Elko Attendance Wave I guess. Can we at least troll someone like the more creative Rockies' social media team over the Yankees? https://nypost.com/2026/04/26/sports/rockies-troll-mets-after-doubleheader-sweep-in-queens/ new Kings of Queens
