They're not just going to throw Kopech into a matchup like this after all his down time this year...and not facing big league hitters in real game situations recently. Henriquez Sasaki and Treinen are your RHers in the bullpen, along with Sheehan.

Mariners are the team this year. MLB should be embarrassed, as should the Mets. Lopsided matchups like this Dodgers/Reds one are not good for the sport. And Philly's down Wheeler. Luzardo and Nola have been decent down the stretch...but LA still has the most pitching talent...overall. Cristopher Sánchez Ranger Suarez Jesús Luzardo Aaron Nola

With his offense, should be at 3-4.5 every year. Reds won't survive that blow bases loaded no outs situation.

Lux, if he was hustling, should have scored there....doesn't matter. Teoscar gives up two runs. It's why they have fWAR lol.

Nashville was 100% a Dave Stewart/TLR joint. Has that since changed? -
Just go to the NY Post/Daily News this week... Cohen quickly apologized for the Mets' season at least. In his own words, unlike JR last year after the 41-121 record had to be addressed to get the media storm to go away.

Garrett Crochet named Opening Day starter

To be fair, Ray Pal has always had that same exact tone...regardless of whether the Sox were good or bad. -
Would rather have Sam Hinkie as GM.
-
That could have been a disaster if Volpe didn't maintain his composure.
-
Looked out off the bat and considering how Story has been going...always a tougher CF to go yard there at night.

72 k's in one single day (yesterday) set a major league record for the postseason.
-
Starting pitching Speed/baserunning Defense Fundamentals/Execution Small ball ability/manufacturing runs Bullpen Other than those differences....sure

Lots of trust issues with that bullpen...Doval Bednar Williams have all had their share of struggles.

It might help if they actually spent money on a legit FA??? -
except in October

Yankees/Rodon on the ropes... Boone's last game as NY manager? Looked pretty smart there.

Not 100% . Although his best postseason start by far. Dylan would have definitely knocked out the Dodgers when they were leading that NLD series 2-1 and had a bullpen game...had he actually pitched that well a year ago. Probably upped his FA value by $25-50 million tiday. if they don't make it to the next round.
