I can think of him, Garret Crochet, and Dane Dunning off the top of my head of guys that it seemed obvious they were going to need Tommy John surgery but the White Sox pushed it back and tried to have them work through it and avoid surgery. Have the Sox had success with anyone actually avoiding TJ or do they just cost themselves several months worth of recovery time constantly?

This team and this org flat out sucks. We are not playing the same sport as the rest of MLB. Maybe 10 years ago this same team could compete, but not right now.

This Jackson Chourio kid may be alright.

White Sox equivalent probably would be if we traded Bryan Ramos last year. Not too similar profiles, but overall value wise.

One good thing about the White Sox being a Mickey Mouse organization is that Hahn has no reason to make short-sighted trades in hopes of saving his job because he knows he will never be fired. Any short-sighted trade he makes is just because he's bad at his job.
