He sucked.. I just started watching when he was still at 1b and frank Thomas was coming up. Pasqua was one of my least favorite and Thomas ended up being my favorite of all time. Ofcourse Pasqua has had plenty of competition for least favorite but Thomas has not for favorite/greats imo.

Coin flip duds Andrus, Reynaldo. 2022 had many duds Josh Harrison AJ Pollock Adam Engel Leury Garcia Dallas Keuchel Jake Diekman Reese Mcguire (more so the beating off incident in a big city will never work) Today's current team is mostly under performers that's missing speed , defense , 2nd baseman, and too many injuries

Burger is a good dh 1b guy.. has looked real good since spring training.

Honestly think he's fine needs to play everyday.. he's good for getting on base and scoring runs. Makes them pitch or walk 3-4-5. Fair defender but better than anything we have at 2b

Burger should play 1b daily. For some reason this stupid team doesn't believe in him. It can 5 years to develop a quality player and they had him in aaa to start the season. He's on pace for 50 home runs batting above .250. Not so common today

Problem is.. none of these guys are hungry anymore because the money. You know its a dream to play MLB and one 5 million a year season you're set for life. This organization has had multiple failures building this team not paying for proven stars and going cheap. Team needs a winning culture again. It needs to clean house from the top down. Needs better scouting , player development , leadership. I really enjoyed this team from 1992 to 2007. 2007 was one of the first big losing season I witnessed with this franchise. It was very disappointing coming 2 years after a WS win. The next 5 years team was OK and just good enough to make playoffs or hover .500. The next 11 years have been horrific minus 20 and 21. That was a solid core they failed to properly build around that's now minus Abreu , Rodon, Madrigal and features alot of declining and injured prone talent and guys who are about to get real expensive unless they're traded. Some guys are so bad this year they wouldn't even cut it in AAA. These players should be embarrassed instead of crying and complaining. Even with the loss of talent this team should be .500 not 14 games under 500 42 games into the season. If they keep up this pace that's 50 games under .500 with a 180 million dollar payroll. Disgusting

This might be the worst sox team since I started watching in 1992.. so many guys on this team with awful numbers only positive is many off these players shouldn't finish with 8.00 Era or batting .200. If they do we are easily losing 100 games plus someone needs to clean house

2007 was awful coming off the World series. 2023 is just as bad but we are coming from a 6 year rebuild into knocked out of the first round with zero depth beyond has beens and bad contracts

For sure I wasn't a fan of trade but he had a good 2021 to my surprise and enjoyed the intensity.. Dane dunning and rangers getting the last laugh make a fraction of Lynn and sporting a 1.20. Era
