My point is there lots of arms and they will be coming in waves. Now, outside of Schultz, most of these guys are probably middle to back of the rotation guys, but maybe you get lucky with one or two and they exceed expectations. We also have the #5 pick next year and might be able to add a college arm who can move fast.

He added a sweeper and greatly improved his changeup via a grip adjustment. Not uncommon for pitchers to suddenly become more valuable after usage & repertoire changes. Whether it happens here remains to be seen, but worth the gamble at the price given our competitive outlook and need for innings.
