Luis Robert trade thread: La Pantera stays.
Better be getting Miller and Crawford then if Taylor is going the other way.

Luis Robert trade thread: La Pantera stays.
This was my thought too. But then someone else made another good point that it wouldn’t make sense to put an injury out there given his history. Who knows. Either way I don’t think he will be here for much longer.

7/19 Games
I feel like they have generally been better at managing injuries this year, but I don’t understand why they would let him continue to pitch if they knew he wasn’t 100% healthy. Still better than an upper body injury imo. But yeah, it is concerning especially given how tall he is.

7/19 Games
Oddly enough, this news kind of made me feel better. One because it’s not arm/elbow/shoulder related, and two, it could explain why he hasn’t been pitching good as of late.

6/28 Games
What do you mean by this? Because they said he could still be a starter in the future.

I was looking at the Barons Gameday on MILB.com today and Schultz had at least two walks than should have been strikeouts according to the pitch tracker. It appears minor league umps are awful. So that’s something to take into consideration when looking at his walk totals.

2025 MLB Draft
I’d love Bauer if they can get him in the 2nd round.

5/22 Games
Don’t know what he did in Arizona but he has looked significantly better since coming back.

2025 MLB Draft
Is Jim Thome’s son a legit draft candidate? I saw he is the #1 high school player in Illinois now.

5/13 Games
Yeah I wouldn’t hate that. Could still be a valuable player even as a reliever.

Are they turning Nastrini into a reliever? He only pitched 1 inning.

Workman DFA'd after 1 MLB game
I think the only reason Amaya has survived this long is his ability to play shortstop. They seem to value that. I would rather have kept Workman over him though.

5/10 Sox vs. Marlins 6:10PM CT
It’s a less talented roster than last year so not all that surprising. At least they can get the #1 pick this time.

GT Sox at Royals 6:40 pm Burke vs. Lugo
Some of Venable’s decisions have been pissing me off but I’m trying to give him the benefit of the doubt as a rookie manager of a terrible team.

GT Sox at Royals 6:40 pm Burke vs. Lugo
Doesn’t really matter, but if they were going to bring in Robert for defense anyway, why not do it an inning earlier and move Taylor to LF?

Gamethread home Houston 5/3 1:10 CDT
I was shocked at how few people were there. Wasn’t even half full to the naked eye.

5/2 @ Houston 640 CDT, Cannon facing Valdez
Since they seem to hate Elko anyway, they can have Thaiss DH more and carry 3 catchers.

Luis Robert trade thread: La Pantera stays.
Not Dodgers related, but is it too much to ask for Justin Crawford from the Phillies? Robert is a massive upgrade over Johan Rojas and obviously the Sox need more young outfield talent.

Yes, we have to play another game home against Brewcrew, 5/1 @ 1:10 CDT
Best game Robert has had all season.

4/30 Games
I’m impressed with Jeral Perez.

Sox acquire Workman
Bring up Elko while we’re at it.

Fire Chris Getz
Might be somewhat of a nitpick, but I wouldn’t consider Steven Wilson a miss yet. He’s looked good recently and perhaps could be flipped for a prospect down the line.
