I’d be happy with that. Both Sheets and Burger have been great so far, but it is very possible that this is their “Yermin Mercedes April 2021” period. I hope I’m wrong on that, but selling high on one or both of them might not be the worst idea if they can net the Sox a proven impact player.

I’d still trade either of Burger or Sheets, but not for a rental. Has to be someone with more team control.

Honestly, I would attach a prospect with Keuchel this offseason just to unload that contract. Then use that money to bring back Rodon.

I would be ecstatic if all those trades happened. The Sox would be upgrading at several spots without giving up anyone of significance. Which is why none of these will probably happen.
