    All this discussion and speculation is pointless as long as JR is alive we will NEVER smell a World Series. Im not saying I'll dance on his grave when he finally passes but I wont shed too many tears either. Hes lead a good life and I wish him good health

    I dont subscribe to mlb tv amd usually I jump at a chance to see Sox on Fox or any other "free" network but this team disgusts me so think I'll catch a movie tonight How sad im getting so indifferent to them

    Not me, maybe its the fact that Ive never lived in Chicago or the burbs. If the SOx ever left I'd be the first to convert to the Brew Crew gang

    I just noticed Bud Grant, Canadian HOF coach and long time Minnesota Vikings coach passed a while back. His stoic expressionless demeaner rivaled only by Tom Landry. You could never know if his team was winning by 3 TD's or losing by 3 TD's. Maybe he was dreaming about hunting and fishing. I read his autobiography, he was such a humble down to earth old school guy RIP Bud Grant
