2 pitches for Bummer. Excellent. He'll be fresh for tomorrow's game.

Thank you Bummer

Boy, it's almost like Bummer is one of your best relievers.

He's now reached his pitch limit

With the days off, he would anyway.

I'm do confused, I feel like they changed format around at some point. I thought there was a very big announcement around the first schedule that there were not off days built into the playoffs.

Bummer rules

Twins imploding! You LOVE to see it

I would've brought in Bummer instead of Marshall but that's nitpicking. Giolito probably still has the shutout but I didn't mind how Ricky managed that inning.

in defense of all those "hot takes" ... the tying run came to the plate.

Come on Engel, have yourself another one for some insurance.

meanwhile the Twins are literally incapable of winning a playoff game.

Now how about 6 or 7 insurance runs.

Astros up 4-1

Still has to face 2 more hitters doesn't he.

Ricky should just let Bummer close this one out, but he’ll no doubt go to Colome

ALDS doesn't start until Monday.  After that there is only one day off before ALCS, and no off days within the series.

How many have they lost in a row?

Anyone else have a cold Sox Golden Ale to virtually ? with me after 3 more outs?

Twins about to lose their 17th consecutive postseason game.

No, end of inning satisfies the requirement

No, because he ended the inning.

As well he should. Colome was one of the best closers in 2020.

Within the rounds, no. Between the rounds, yes.
