That's just it.  I see an entire team under-performing, and giving some of the worst defensive production I have ever seen from a team with World Series aspirations, under a manager who was supposed t

Pitching, definitely. The Sox talent is drastically overrated, but KC and Detroit stink.

It's closer than they thought.

I watch the Sox to see how bad this offense can be. Its truly remarkable.

Pitchers aren't even trying  to throw strikes to get them out.

This is amazing to see how bad this team is hitting.  Almost surreal.

You know what I’m going to say.  Close that stance up and figure out how to bring the hands in when hitting more.

And he's our best hitter yet we all know how to get him out.

Fastballs inside above hands and sliders off the plate.

He gone.  Next test will be adjusting yet again.  Or closing up his stance a bit.

I can buy this.

Just saw Engels misplay on the 9 O'Clock news, I won't waste my time watching these clowns on TV and only check in on SoxTalk to see what's happening.

Abreu ground ball? Well that is a startling turn of events.

He gone. Robert smh

Don’t we have hitting coaches?  Don’t we have other coaches supporting the hitting coaches?  Where is TLR?  What does Cairo do?  He is practically invisible.

Good night y'all

Yes. Kansas City right now is quite bad. Detroit’s entire starting rotation is on the IL.

how the hell is this team .500 lol

Why is Lopez a reliever? I thought he was a major acquisition during the days the Sox were trying to lose to get better draft picks to go with the Sale trade and Quintana trade.

Want a job as the Sox hitting coach, it seems like we should have an opening.

Another groundball. This team is pathetic. Goddamit Menechino!

Didn't score, but liked Abreu's at bat. Battled well.

Hopefully he continues to see things well and picks it up over the next few weeks.

Wonder who is getting tomorrow off? Luis looks like a good candidate, hasn't been off in a few weeks.

Im only following on soxtalk now because i've found it lowers my blood pressure.

Nice play by Emmanuel but Abreu is noticeably slowing...

With a loss tonight, they'll be 3.5 games ahead of KC and 5.5 ahead of the Tigers. They are obviously better than both of those teams. But finishing 2nd or 3rd in the worst division in baseball, obviously, means absolutely nothing.

This team will be 10 games out of first by June1.
