That’s why I said the lead off walk was not ideal. But he made good pitches after that and got EXTREMELY unlucky. And he had the second guy struck out, based on what this ump has been calling all game. 

I understand the frustration. And I think it’s human nature to try to place blame when things go wrong, but I don’t believe Martin or Tony’s decision to put Martin in are blame worthy. 

P.S. I want Tony gone. Get him the fuck out of here.

Here’s how I think this goes down.  Big Energy leads off with a big strikeout.  Mendick slaps a single.  Timmy hits one in the gap to 1st & 3rd things.  Vaughn then ends it with a blast to left CF.  Sox win 5-2.
