I am deeply truly sorry your precious volatile fragile feelings are so distraught at the mere suggestion that the team should remove a dreadfully underperforming manager.  Perhaps tis not myself that

  • Last time I remember being happy as a Sox fan.  (Not a coincidence, Tony wasn't there) FIRE TONY

  • The manager is the moron for playing a first baseman in right field.

Amazed people think that was a "tough" play.

Sheets was running to the spot the entire time while looking back at the ball. He took a rounded route. He was still under the ball and it hit him right in the glove.

A normal outfielder not only runs to the spot and is sitting under the ball, but it wouldn't even be considered a tough play. That was a 1* catch if he makes it.

Gavin with the gold glove defense.

Bad outfield defense by Sheets opened the floodgates and cost us 2 runs.  Both Burger and Sheets are big defensive liabilities. Thanks to Hahn for not bringing in a good LH right fielder last year or before this season.

Let's explore this you're hired to get fired concept a little more fellas

Just lose for the next two weeks and blow this shit up. So many of these guys have lost their elite skills it’s ridiculous.

Pitch count at the end of the 2nd. 14 to 36.

It's kinda hard to find these so called regular outfielders these days apparently.

When Grandal comes back maybe they'll give Seby a shot out there.

I don't trust them to blow it up though either

I'm just tired of basically having 4-5 DH's on this team.

Twins and Guardians basically have opposite philosophies of finding guys who can play multiple spots well like Gordon Urshela Arraez...Lewis was going to be another.

Neither one is a good fielder. If we gave two shits about the outfield defense it'd be Haseley out there

Disagree Vaughn is pretty good and might be the 2nd or 3rd best on the team (still not good but at least better than everyone else)

I couldn't even be mad at Sheets' fuck up. It's a comedy at this point.

Arrrgggghhhh I didn't mute in time....can this evening get any worse??

There's a reason those teams win the division + make the playoffs far more regularly than the Sox do

Sheets thought he had it and was looking into his glove and took him a few seconds to realize he had dropped the ball.

Look who showed up to town, the clown show!

Yep it’s just a bad team. Seby getting this many at bats is funny.

Sure why not...get Burger some reps out there too.

I know he's hit well in June, but I am still ready to DFA Josh Harrison

Harrison blown away.

Exactly. There was nothing tough about that play other than it was Sheets trying to catch it. He is a lumbering klutz just like Eloy.

Syndergaard might throw a no hitter tonight.

Get Low Energy off this freaking team
