Reinsdorf sadly has better instincts on player evaluation than Hahn...heck the George Costanza approach, but just do the opposite of that instinct, would be so much better here. Instead second base and right field remain black holes year after year after year after year. Here's the bottom line. He's been the GM for 10 years, he has TWO, count them TWO winning seasons...and they weren't always tanking in that entire time. He couldn't even put together a winning team when they were actually trying to win.
