I don't think even Colome ever made a 9th inning that "interesting"

so, yeah, nearly all of us said we'd be happy with a split

Sometimes you get greedy when you had a lead in all 4 games. Including a 3-0 lead in game 2. But yeah, a split is just fine. Lots of good out of this series.

I'll take a split, but they better f*** up the giants

Yes.  Sox played real, real well this series, guys

Realistically should have won 3 out of 4

Good experience for Reylo to battle through that. Hopefully it helps him stay more composed in the future.

Good on the boys playing good defense behind him, and securing crucial insurance runs vs. the Houston pen.

Or else you'll be here to remind us that you can laugh at everything and remind us how terrible they are.

Anyone not happy with a split in Houston is just looking to complain.

not in here

I saw more good than bad in this series, and that makes me hopeful for this year

Lopez did not look good. Deer in the headlights look.

Except for that crazy ninth, the Sox played a great game today. Although, it should have been about 10-1 going into the ninth. Opportunities missed. But Robert was amazing and Moncada looks like a different player.

They need to start coming through in big spots, this is a lot of hits and people on base to not have a blow up spot in any of them

That said who would have thought we could split with Houston on the road? I was expecting them to get swept. And if you think about it a few things here or there and the Sox could have swept. There is hope. Now let's just see

Bad finish wasted your closer.

Split with the great teams, win the series with the bad teams

never gets old

I hate playing Houston. You can’t give them any room.

A split is great. Could have swept. Sox in every game.

Staring pitching great. Bullpen with an ERA near infinity.

He was a longman last year he will be fine.

We finally have pretty good defensive outfield. Sheets and Jimenez, just DH and hit the ball out of the park. I can live with Colas possibly hitting .200/.220 while he learns the pitchers. Solid outfield play can take this team to the next level.

Starters seem ok, Vaughn looks good at the plate. Timmy will be Timmy, no worries there. Can and Will Moncada and Grandal be what we’ve seen so far??

Elvus needs to step up offensively. Sevy looks like an ok backup

Bullpen will be the deference.

Seby will have a career that mirrors Tyler flowers

PS, WOULD STILL LOVE A NEW OWNER AND FRONT OFFICE

That’s not so bad for now, Grandal, barring injuries will catch I predict 110 games. Sevy does have surprising power.

I don’t recall him ever pitching more than one inning last year.
