I’ve had a bad case of Heat Exhaustion which is caused by dehydration, it’s not a fun thing and I didn’t feel right for about 3 months. I’m amazed Diaz is out there today considering he had some chest pain.  Of course he’s not 74 years old like I was when I had it.
Another thing to worry about is the even worse heat stroke which will kill you.
