May 5, 20232 yr A good amount of these are on KW. I also feel like Mark Kotsay blame should go to Ozzie. I understand KW made the move, but wasn't Ozzie going to not play Thome much if they kept him? He loved Kotsay's "versatility".
May 5, 20232 yr Tyler Flowers has 20 career fWAR. As they often do, the Sox gave up on him too early after basically turning him into a solid player. A once in a lifetime Sox development and they let him go just in time for him to turn in a few near All Star level years.

I never minded Youk too much but Swisher was such a prick.

May 5, 20232 yr The thing that gets me about the list is the millions of dollars spent on them. I find it unbelievable that Hahn still has his job. Although I do believe if this season continues to be a disaster Hahn will be gone this off season.
