Just more lack of accountability. I wish someone in the media would call them out on it. For it to be August and they have nothing tells you all you need to know. These things are booked often years in advance. Tom Ricketts seems like a bit of a weasel to me, but he faced the music. I think I mentioned this before, but its often been written on the site that the White Sox hate their fans. I always used to laugh at the ridiculousness of that statement. If they were listening to fans and replacing the GM, wouldn’t they want to give that GM a chance to go in front of fans and try to get on their good side? This sounds like them knowing they won’t be changing anything so they have to shut the door to keep the complaints out.
