I'm sure it's a proper Toto with all four and maybe music and/or white noise. One of the best things about traveling to Japan is that it makes you realize that every toilet you've ever sat on has been garbage, and opens your eyes to a world of toilet functionality you never knew was possible. One of the worst things about traveling to Japan is getting on a plane and coming home, condemned to wander a world of sub-par toilets with full knowledge of what can be.
