This is an important series. If the Guardians go on a big run, which isn't impossible given they have the easiest remaining schedule, Texas is the biggest competition for the final wild card spot.

Sox enter this series at highest FG playoff odds all season, at 72.3%. I'd imagine a sweep gets us around 85 and winning the series around 80. Lets get it done.

Yeah, Sox just need to get hot. Rip off like a 10-3 stretch or something like that and protect the cushion. Going into the Cleveland series with a 2-ish game lead would make me very uneasy.

That would be nice but given the state of the pitching staff to me, this is a longshot.

AI sucks in general but needed to look up info quickly as I remember he shut us down last year and earlier this year.

I’m not worried about them either, just would like a fairly long winning streak like them, it would give us some breathing room heading into September.
