jeffro2525 Posted June 24, 2010 Share Posted June 24, 2010 I'm sorry, but for Gavin, who has given up 3 runs total in 23.2 innings pitched over his last three starts, and has taken ZERO wins out of that thanks to the Sox scoring a total of 4 runs in those games...I think he deserves an actual three hole hitter in the line-up if we must give Rios ANOTHER day off. I'm not gonna judge a guy whose only had like 95 ABs last year when he was seriously overmatched. Even a sample size 2-3 ABs this season and hitting better in AAA this year around makes me feel better about him as he looks miles better at the plate.
