The Sox will be labeled as the most disappointing and underachieving team of the 2022 MLB season. They have 2 really good, young, starting pitchers. They have a 1B in Vaughn. Everyone else is expendable. They need to rebuild again but only with a completely new management team, both on and off the field.

Do the Sox go over scouting reports with their hitters before games? Do they have any plan at all ? This entire organization is crap.

Houston will most likely take 3 of these next 4 if not sweep. Then Cleveland will officially put the stake in their heart. We can all then put this disaster of a season to bed and turn our attention to more important things. Like football season!

You build this pitching staff around Cease and Kopech. You do not lose either of those 2. Kopech will be as good as Cease or close to it in another year or so.

This team without question is the most infuriating and disappointing Sox team I can remember and I have been a Sox fan for nearly 50 years. OK there probably are some others but I really dislike this team.

Vaughn, Robert, Cease, TA, and Eloy but only as a fulltime DH. Everyone else can go.

This team will end up 10+ GB by the time this season is over. After this weekend against Detroit they have games with Houston, Baltimore, Seattle, San Diego, and 9 against Minny and 6 against Clev. They aren't winning many of those.

The Tigers just fired their GM. So you are allowed to fire incompetent front office people during the season?

I'm sorry but this team is done. The loss of TA makes it official. And who on this team would even step up in his absence? They are just going to roll over and quit. This whole rebuild was cursed the day JR hired TLR. In a couple weeks once school starts and football starts GR field will be empty. What an incredible waste and letdown to what was expected to be.

It really sucks to watch a team you expected to be a real contender become a .500 ballclub that does nothing very well. The whole thing died the day they announced TLR as the manager. I will always believe that.

TLR and RH thought they had enough to win a crappy Division. They don't.

We are driving ourselves crazy thinking this team is anything other than what it really is. A .500 team. They can't go on any kind of winning streak because they don't do anything consistently well enough. They will end up in 3rd place about 6-8 games out of first. Thank goodness College Football is only 18 days away.
