If the Sox win Game 1, I'd move DK to Game 3 and try to use some combo of guys in Game 2 as right now both Dunning and Cease are struggling.

The Twins cannot realistically win the division absent winning out. We have the tie breaker. If Darvish locks them down tonight, they are done. They only have like 5 games left to play after today I think.

Based on how the rotation is set up from here on out, however it looks like Cease would take a Game 3 in Round 1. They have to give Rodon Dunning's slot and push Dunning to Cease.
