I don't like that Kenny finally cracked, but I certainly understand it. I think he just got tired of hearing Frank's sad song every week since the parade. Frank lost me when he said that he wouldn't have taken part in the parade or the first-pitch ceremony if he knew he wasn't being brought back. Right there he showed it was more about "me" than "we". I also believe he wanted to stay in Chicago because he could use his history here to get more money than he would command on the free agent market. The fact that he's not even 1/2 the player he used to be makes it easier to move on. I'll always respect the amazing things he did for the Sox, but he lost a lot of my respect with the things he said after the World Series.

This third period is how hockey is supposed to be played. Fast skating, hard hitting, great goaltending. Sweden wins - WOW what a finish!!!

We can thank the NHL's stupidity for this. Comcast needed some programming during the Pointless Work Stoppage of 2004-5, so they filled up their March with the White Sox. The response was very positive, so they decided to do it again. This is the best thing the NHL has done for Chicago in a LONNNNNNNG time.

I loved the Spidey comics and cartoon as a kid, but for whatever reason I've never had an interest in watching the films. Maybe I'll cave in and rent the first one sometime soon.

I vote for the trophy. Or should that be for the third game???

Absolutely no idea who she is. Wife and kid watch that show, I hole up in the other room and watch.....almost anything else. The Mrs. told me that there are 2 or 3 teenagers on the show, which officially makes it what I've been calling it all along: American High School Talent Show

Actually, their first show is going to be a 2005 season recap entitled, "Close But No Cigar" After that is a Grady Sizemore juggling show and CC Sabathia's cooking show called "Yeah, I'll Eat That!"
