  1. Hope you’re right about mostly cheers. Booing is loser s%*#.
  2. Wonder what “Undecided’s” innings limit is.
  3. While this is 100% true, it was a much easier call for the Cubs to go all in than the Sox since they have some pretty important players in their walk year. But your overall point stands. There’s no way this starting pitching is remotely equipped for the stretch run.
  4. Good call. Chris Carpenter and then a bunch of junk in that rotation.
  5. Not saying it can’t happen, but would this be the worst starter pitcher rotation to ever make the World Series?
  6. Let’s call it multiple glaring questions then. Sure, Venable’s decision making leaves a lot to be desired, but pitchers also gotta figure how to not be bad.
  7. The “moon” was created by the government as a cover-up explanation for the oceans tides, which are actually the result of a deep sea bunker housing crashed ufo’s and extraterrestrial bodies. Holy hell do we need a sox win in the worst way.
  8. No, I don’t think the Red Sox are cheating. Whoops, wrong conspiracy theory thread.
  9. Yeah you’re gonna need to wait two more years for that confirmation
  10. Without knowing how the brackets will shake out, I’ll say: ALCS: Yankees - Red Sox (yay) NLCS: Cubs - Dodgers I think the Rays and Brewers are similar in that they’re better built for the regular season than the postseason.
  11. So if and when their hot streak slows down, does that mean they just decided to stop cheating or…?
  12. The Guardians are the same team that had the benches cleared the other day because they were bent out of shape about the opponent bunting while their pitcher had a perfect game in the 6th inning lololol. The Guardians are fucking babies.
  13. They just had a road sweep against the best team in the AL…?
  14. If you consider that cheating then I wish the white sox cheated more often.
  15. We’re so far from being on the same page that I’m not going to spend any more time on this. You’ll see enough of Ryan in the division to let that determine how you feel about him.
  16. Because Ryan is on the IL with a hamstring issue. Because the Dodgers have the luxury of not rushing a prospect into their rotation. Because the Dodgers have the luxury of comfortably acquiring the best pitcher in baseball.
  17. They wouldn’t!
  18. They’re not mutually exclusive. The Sox rotation is bad AND he’s an excellent pitching prospect.
  19. Braden scratched. They wouldn’t, would they?
  20. Would feel a hell of a lot better if that rental arm was someone they can slot in at 1 or 2. Burke and Martin starting games 1 and 2 of a playoff series is all kinds of yikes.
  21. Put it this way: If Ryan were slotted into the Sox rotation right now (assuming his hamstring was fine), I feel confident he’d easily be their second best starter instantly.
