Come on Rangers f*** off Astros

Love the Grich pick, but I think they tend to give it to someone coming back from injury rather than someone coming back from being mediocre, which is kind of a boring way to do it IMO. I imagine Yordan and Cole are in the discussion. Grichuck easily one of the team MVPs though, which is a wild sentence to type.

I have a feeling if Cleveland manages to win today the division is theirs, regardless of what the Sox do. Just a stupid gut feeling.

Maybe not the only person whose opinion matters.

Or, hear me out: 0-6 and they miss the playoffs completely

Never underestimate how fucking annoying the Guardians are.

I keep landing on if they don’t make the playoffs, they’ll be both a success and a disappointment. Success: Going by the whole “If you told me in March that this team would be 4 games over .500 and fighting for a playoff spot etc etc etc” thing, it’s clearly a success. Disappointment: Basically it’s too late to not make the playoffs now. They played too well for too long. It’s sort of like that “accidentally became important at work” meme. They messed around and made themselves a contender and you just can’t collapse and miss the playoffs after all that. Can they be both a success and a disappointment at the same time? I’m open to someone telling me why this logic is stupid.

The D will be bad. I believe their strategy is to just score more than the other team.

Hey sounds like the Sox <ducks tomatoes>

Red Sox just pushed Tolle back to the Cleveland series, so at least there’s that.

Yeah the A’s have no shot at a win

Trash comment

I don’t have a great feeling about Taylor here

This strike zone is wild

This is painful to watch.

They’re not allergic, they’re just not good pitchers.

A lot of y'all are gonna be so mad when Venable ends up a finalist for Manager of the Year. P.S. Don’t yell at me. I’m not saying he deserves it.

Vargas is such a damn spark of a player. No matter what happens this final week and half, seeing him turn into a very good player has been so cool.

I imagine A’s/Guardians series will go exactly as we expect. All the more reason for the Sox to just take care of their own business.

Yup. We gifted them six wins and I have a bad feeling they won’t be thanking us for that in the Cleveland series.

Mune was emphatically pointing to second as Acuna was throwing him the ball lol

I’m convinced that Braden is not actually a switch hitter, but just a lefty trying to bat righty. I’m joking. But not really.

GMs cannot approach their job with the assumption that there will be no season next year.

Kinda feel that both 1 and 3 are affecting his ability to deal with 2.

Post of the year. This is awesome.
