    The Front office doesn't need to point anything out. Anyone Sox fan with any kind of common sense already knows this rebuild has been a massive failure so far. Go look at what Houston and the Cubs had accomplished 7 years into their rebuilds and compare it what the Sox have done.

    Sort of like last year with Tony, no? Not much he could do with all of his main horses hurt. It's looking more and more like a miracle that the Sox were able to win 81 games last year.

    Dudes like Hostetler are barely putting any work in. Dude likely works 10 to 15 hours a week tops. The results of the last 18 years are proof of that. This kind of stuff happens in organizations where there is no accountability and job performance is secondary to being a "yes Man"

    Sarcasm aside, go look at the predictions thread. Lots of chatter about how this is a super talented roster that will win the division and how Pedro and company will be such a breath of fresh air.

    No more full blown rebuilds. They will never work on the South Side like they did on the North Side. The 05 model of catching lighting in a bottle is the only way this franchise will ever win another one.

    Hanser is Pedro's Luery Garcia. Pedro loves the guy. Don't be suprised if Hanser gets a nice three year contract during the offseason.

    Hanser Alberto is not good at baseball. The fact that he is on the roster and hitting 5th today is clear evidence that the Sox's rebuild has been a massive failure.

    Agree on the bullpen. There is absolutley no way this team can be anything more than a 500 team without massive and immediate upgrades to the bullpen.

    Maybe because most of the same players from last year are back again this year? Hitting coaches do not matter that much in the big leagues.
