Burke makes a lot of sense and I'd guess he'd be up. They now have the open 40 spot on the roster to do it too. Chris Young will not be up.

They are like the exact opposite of the Benson's Good writeup and its something I like seeing. I think Danks is gonna be a very very high pick though, but who knows. The guy has some serious tools.

Death Cab's new album comes out on Tuesday. I heard a couple of their new songs at a show in San Diego a few weeks ago and am pumped for the new album.

I'd make that deal. Of course if Pike, Pargo and Griffin are gone the Bulls definately have less depth on the wings. Of course Deng, Duhon, Hinrich, Gordon are quality...plus they have Eddie Basdin (sp??) who I know a lot of people seem to think will be a decent defender (don't know if he can play SF though). Songalia can help out there though and I'm surprised the Kings are this willing to let him get away, IIRC they were always pretty high on him.

All of my gf's have always complained with me about that. My most recent one learned that though and knew not to call during the Sox games, haha. I don't know if thats a good thing or a scary thing.

Like I mentioned, the rumblings I have heard are that Baj wouldn't be part of the 40 man call ups. Things could change though and the Sox would be stupid to not have him up.

Marte looked a lot sharper during the Yankees series. I'm starting to think he's on the verge of getting things together. I know Mario and I were talking and he brought up a good point about Marte being one of those guys thats better when used a lot (kind of like Viz) and thus far Marte has been really eased this year (can't really blame the Sox though since he's been banged up).

Time to take Mark out. He's pitched himself a really good game. His changeup was rocking and he's looked as good as he has in a while. I say get him out of this one knowing that he's done and has a good start under his belt. Turn this one over to Cotts/Politte and than maybe Jenks in the 9th. You could even just use Cotts for the 8th and Cliff for the 9th.

Doesn't Cleveland statistically have one of the best pitching staffs in baseball (both rotation and pen)???? Cleveland is a good team, no way around it. I just happen to think the Sox are better.
