3 straight games with 10 or more hits. Abreu with 4 to get back to .300. Eaton with 3 . Melky with 2 more. Soto with 2. 6 doubles . Still took 15 hits to get just 6 runs but baby steps in the right direction. The Sox 1st win at MN. this year. Good pitching and defense. Melky/Ramirez threw out a runner at home and Soto caught Buxton stealing.

He didn't sign anyone over 3 years except Robertson and it's quite possible that some of the Sox pitching prospects will come of age in that 1-3 year period adding to the sustainability.

Those situations do not come up often together. Make improvements along the way or finally be a 2nd half riser ,get in the playoffs and let the pitching carry us. It certainly wouldn't be the 1st time that's happened
