i asked my girlfriend if she wanted to try this program together over her summer break and to my surprise she did not immediately shoot it down. I do need to find out some details though. 1. How long are the workouts? Is a warm-up and cool down included in those times? 2. How much space do we need for the exercises that require movement? 3. I already have a pull-up bar that allows narrow, wide, and neutral grips. Would I need to get the "extreme" model with the extra grips? Possibly more to come.
