Wheeler has had one freakin injury, it’s not like he’s been out 12 times. Dude has been a great pitcher outside the TJ surgery. Still in his prime, it’s not hard to see why people want this dude. If we’re not going to be in on cole this is the dude to get.

I just really, really, really don't understand those who are concerned with "wasting money" to add to the 26th highest payroll in baseball. Jerry has freaking money to spend and using it to sign Dallas, does absolutely nothing to hurt this franchise's future.

I’m interested in a one year deal. Everyone thought this team was hot garbage coming into this season and everyone still thinks they have no chance. Fact is there’s a chance that after tonight they’re a game out of a wild card spot. And before people jump on me, I absolutely do not think they’re a playoff team right now but who knows. What I do know is signing Keuchel to a 1 year deal and bringing up Cease may(MAY, PROLLY NOT) give you a chance to sneak into the 2nd wild card with out hurting your future at all, so why the fuck not?

I legit see no downside in trying to sign Keuchel. Call up Dylan, sign Dallas and take a swing at this. Do I think we’re making the playoffs if both of those happen? Nope, but it does nothing to hurt this team’s future and I’m cool with taking a puncher’s chance at this.

We’re 2.5 games out of the 2nd wild card. That’s something.

There’s no issue with it but TA is actually part of this team’s future and I want him getting as many ab’s as possible. And I’m right there with bmags, I usually don’t care that much about the lineup but this shit is indeed frustrating.
