  1. I get all that but the problem is, of all the free agent pitchers, he picked this guy. There were red flags with him about other things. Hahns instincts are horrendous.
  2. He's actually hit with more power at home than on the road for his career.
  3. Weren't his numbers poor at 2B though last season? I read one of the sites had him below average. I won't buy that, he's obviously got a nice glove, but still a .600 OPS at best is going to require a lot of glove. If he was a bench guy, fine, but he is being driven out of the KC line up, and they are a really bad team.
  4. Hes a utility guy. He's basically Yolmer Sanchez, althouh he can probably steal a lttile more, even though he isn't all that fast, and hit fewer homers.
  5. What should have happened is Clevinger or his agent could have alerted the Sox at some point.
  6. The other good news is Hahns best decisions are the ones where he has no choice. Cueto because Lynn was injured, and Andrus gets waived right when TA goes down. Any fantasy league person could have done that.
  7. Apparently they don’t have to disclose it, but unless they too knew nothing about it, which seems hard to believe, it seems slimy Clevinger and/or his agents didn’t give the White Sox some sort of heads up.
  8. He doesn’t hit. I get the plus glove is really nice to have and if TA can cut down on the lack of concentration errors, the Sox could actually have a fairly elite infield defense, but he has to hit a little bit.
  9. Unless they determine the accuser made everything up, he’s going to be suspended, and probably for a long time. He’s an idiot, and if he pitches for the White Sox, I hope they lose every game he starts and no one shows up at his home starts. Marcel Osuna played for the Braves after beating his wife in front of the cops.
  10. I think Soxfest was usually held the last weekend in January. At least they knew what they were doing not holding it this year.
  11. He had a big year bur weren’t his peripherals pretty weak?
  12. The good news is the Sox probably have to do something to try to take this off the front burner. The bad news is the guys that always create messes like this will be doing the something.
  13. 3 of 4 seasons 58 or lower OPS +. 2021 an outlier. Doesn’t have a .600 OPS the other 3 seasons.
  14. Even if the Sox didn’t know before they agreed to sign him, they had to know before today. They probably had to know before the Clevinger fluff piece last week. If they did, that is sick.
  15. Yeah, but that usually falls apart pretty fast. She's been at it since summer. If it hasn't been debunked yet, I think there is a huge problem.
  16. She can be crazy, a pain in the ass, anything, but that doesn't make what he did OK.
  17. OJ could hire top attorneys. Clevinger more than likely is going to have a better attorney than his accuser, so guess what? She is going to be a woman scorned again who just made s%*# up.
  18. I do know one thing. OJ was found not guilty. Therefore, he didn't do it.
  19. Whether you want to technically blame the White Sox front office or not, they did choose incorrectly. Again.
  20. The White Sox try to sell themselves as a family friendly team. Moreso than probably any other professional team in town. Yet they have traded for wife beaters Meyers., signed multiiple wife beaters now. Remember Wil Cordero?, had a 2 time DUI guy manage the team...It's really pathetic.
  21. Even if the 1000 to 1 came in, and she made everything up, it's yet another huge distraction. Another unforced error by the White Sox front office. My God, how are these people still making decisions?
  22. Remember, the White Sox traded for a wife beater once. Someone who was seen doing it by several witnesses on the streets of Boston.
