The team and especially bullpen that the Dodgers ran out there last week was not them at their best. That was my point. The White Sox are light years behind the Dodgers as an organization. My main point is that he flaws of the White Sox.....to me.....are no greater then many teams and especially those in the AL Central and is what I find frustrating. I am ok with the product being inferior to the professionally run organizations that just part of being a Sox fan. I am frustrated with the stupidity of the manager and GM to piss away another season in the horrendous AL Central. We are seeing with the new schedule how bad the AL and NL Central really are.

JR doesn't own enough of the White Sox to hand off control like he did with the Bulls. It's too bad the good ole boy network that owns the Sox doesn't care about winning.

They are bad but I still believe there is better talent there than Grifol is getting nothing out of and just a terribly constructed roster. I'd put the pitching staff right there with many.....the hitting should not be this atrocious.

Grifols bullpen decisions tonight should have been his last as manager...but alas it's not his fault or inept moronic GM. Whose fault is that this team sucks and is I'll prepared to play on a nightly basis.

Vaughan needed to just stand there. Another guy that swung at a bunch of pitches he could do nothing with. Bases should have been loaded for Robert. Still shaking my head that Kelly and Graveman were used down 3 while neither has a history benefitting from a lot of work and probably won't pitch tomorrow. Why do I care. -

The bullpen management tonight is despicable. Use every good arm next two nights with day off Thursday regardless. I can't get past Scholtens only faced 2 guys. Why isn't Lopez in here to mop up. -

I wonder if JR said no to Hinch due to cheating and didn't force TLR on Hahn, who would they have gone with.....was Grifol his guy for a couple years? -

He uses crappy relievers through 7 innings then brings in Kelly. Why not bring in Lopez or leave Scholtens in for another inning earlier? He faced 2 batters and is a starter. If he brings in Gravemen for the 9th they better take his keys away. -

Now we get Joe Kelly some work but not yesterday or 15 minutes ago. Holy cow Grifol could be worse then Bevington. -

I complained about Burger batting too low but he is easily handled by good pitchers that execute. Some of the worst at bats as you can have. -

How is colas any worse then Burger and Frazier and if the answer is attitude that's a joke as just about every loser in this organization has a poor attitude.

Absolutely beyond belief how clueless they are at the plate. These morons can't grasp the simple basics of hitting. Robert Ks without seeing a strike. He and Burger are an embarrassment. -

They are seriously punting this game. What an absolute embarrassment of an "organization". Padilla is a joke. -
Grifol: 'If you don't like the lineups, talk to Jerry.'
Harry Chappas replied to joejoesox's topic in Pale Hose Talk
Kenny Williams has been part of this organization for over 30 years. If he still cared about it we would know. This entire debacle comes down to Williams handing the keys to Hahn and Hahn driving the bus off a cliff. -
He should not admit that going into the weekend they had no plan as to how to handle the pitching rotation. They are 11 games under .500 and are conceding the game tonight because they needed Scholtens to pitch this weekend because until Saturday not one bullpen arm could go more the one inning a game.

It is a bad baseball team that is being out played by other bad baseball teams. There seems to be zero direction for this team and organization. The talent is there, it is very flawed but it is there and compared to other organizations there is more of it. I did not think the Dodgers or Mariners were better then the Sox for those three game series. The manager is now showing as he is being pushed by the media and the situation is not improving that he is not qualified for the job. Although I am not certain if that matters. I know they are not firing him and sadly I am not certain anything changes this offseason. I view the White Sox as circling the drain until Jerry dies. Until he is dead and they sell I think they head toward being a $100M salary that is what it is and nobody will give a s%*# about them except for a handful of fans and there is nothing we can do about it. Grifol is clueless and is getting nothing out of this team. This is Hahn's guy and both should be escorted out of town
