  1. Workman, Allie, Wilson, Eibner still on the board. Jedd Gyorko and Sammy Solis are guys I wouldn't mind taking if available.
  2. White Sox got one of the better picks I think with Sale. Rays and Red Sox had the best first days, and Tigers did the most with least.
  3. Law didn't like him, some reports say his mechanics trend to injury. It's not totally rosy but he does have more upside than most of the guys that we were projected to pick.
  4. As predicted, waiting till after the draft. Now it gets interesting.
  5. I'll say Wimmers and hope Castellanos.
  6. In slight defense of KW I think he is probably holed up in the fortress of solitude plotting his team's attack on the 2010 Amateur Draft.
  7. The saddest thing about this season is we are probably wasting Alex Rios' career year.
  8. QUOTE (Jenks Heat @ Jun 6, 2010 -> 04:23 PM) Shook off AJ for the nasty hook. That was Jenks 2005-2006 indeed Playing to get traded
  9. QUOTE (DirtySox @ Jun 6, 2010 -> 12:46 AM) I believe it's the Padres who are in on Vitek or Choice. Aw jeez, yeah. I guess I was a little surprised since none of the mocks i'd seen had O'Conner going higher than like, 16.
  10. Really? I thought the Mets were in on Vitek or Choice. Bryce Brentz will probably be available, but I imagine Cox is a top ten pick.
  11. Given how he has pitched I think some NL team will take a cheap Freddy for a minor prospect.
  12. Oh my god that team would be so bad. Rendon or bust baby! Likely KW would fill holes (Danks isn't ready for the majors, and neither is Dayan) with cheap FA/waiver guys. Still, would be epically bad.
  13. Rios makes a reasonable amt of money, he just makes it for a long, long time (till he is in his mid 30s). You are maybe thinking of Jake Peavy who gets 15/16/17 I think with a 20+ option for 2013. Anyways, at this point nobody is off the table (except Gordo due to selling way low). Kenny should entertain offers for pretty much everyone.
  14. So AJ goes first. Then I would guess a reliever, Putz being the best one actively shopped... after that, sky's the limit. I'm kind of looking forward to seeing the team get dismantled, because at least then I won't be watching the same group of guys lose every day. I'll be watching a whole new group of guys lose every day.
  15. So how long after the draft until KW starts selling off guys? 1 week? 2 weeks?
  16. The last curve looked good. Why can't he do that every time?
  17. Thornton is the most dominant non-closer reliever in baseball, and is in the conversation even including closers. He should be there.
  18. I'm just hoping he can get that trade value back from "laughed at"
  19. QUOTE (Thunderbolt @ Jun 3, 2010 -> 09:23 PM) Jenks is totally going to get a chance to lose this game. fixed
  20. QUOTE (beckham15 @ Jun 3, 2010 -> 08:58 PM) quentin starting to come around? mk. 30. It is nice to see him homer in clusters, that usually means he will hit a couple more before going dormant again.
  21. The fact that he would be paid 15 million and is pitching poorly, however, lowers his trade value a lot.
  22. At this rate Q and Bobby will be non-tendered. Sucks but the money isn't there to wait for them to turn their careers around when they've given no sign it will ever happen.
