The Yankees are great for sure, but man, this is crazy!

I had the Indians pegged for the WS and winning it. That's baseball and I love it. Always a surprise.

Yankees Timeline:

-Trade 2 relievers in a lost season for for 2 top prospects (neither of which even played in the series)

-Resign 1 of those relievers anyway

-Trade for 2 more shutdown relievers

-Beat the other reliever you traded last year and move on to the ALCS after a 6 month rebuild

I've never been a Yankees hater so I don't care that the Sox helped them out. That said, that was the one trade Rick has made in the last year and half that seemed a bit light to me from the beginning. Hopefully Blake takes a huge step forward in his development next year.
