This...knowing the pitching situation you cannot leave so many runners in scoring position.  Also, if you have someone capable of stealing a base you have to go for it in this situation.

Bummer had 2 men on including 1 by the walk, a hard hit ball by Semien, and they had a platoon advantage coming up after pulling a player. Going to Heuer there was the right choice, leaving Bummer in and there's a good chance this game is tied.
