Who do you consider the team leader, face of the franchise, heart of the team, whatever you want to call it, however you define it. We had Frank Thomas, then Paul Konerko. Who's that guy for you, currently?

Currently, it has to be Abreu.

He's a long-time guy who's been with the team through transitions and stuck with them.

He deserves to be Mr. White Sox.

Leader - Abreu

Most Polarizing: Yermin :D

I mean, Grandal, Eaton, Keuchel, Madrigal, Cease, and probably LF Vaughn at this point are ahead of him, but you do you. Enjoy the moment in the sun where everyone loves Yermin.

Jose is the leader by example and Tim is the vocal/emotional leader. You need both guys.

KyYLe?

Unfortunately it's still Yolmer Sanchez

[waiting with bated breath for the first person to say Drake LaRoche]

I agree with Jack, though. Abreu is the lead by example guy, the elder statesman that shows kids the ropes and serves as the foundation.

But Tim is the on-field/dugout leader that is going to get the team AND the fans fired up. He's my Mr. White Sox.

Congrats you win.

But I’d say if you ask the team/people within the organization it’s Jose

But in terms of fans (especially nationally) and the media Id say it’s TA

Jose

I think it's Jose of course.

My Mr. White Sox of all time: Minoso, just as Banks is Mr. Cub, Minnie is Mr. Sox.

Yermin and Giolito after the most obvious two...

Personally, I think it would have to be between Jerry, Kenny, Ricky, or Tony. Jerry's instilled the family culture that makes this organization run top to bottom, Kenny's assembled a WS roster as a GM, Ricky's built a well-oiled machine, and Tony's a God of the game. All have a case to be the "face of the franchise", which is why I prefer a Mt Rushmore to accommodate all 4.

If it was like Blackhawks, I would give the C to Jose and the two A's to Tim & Lucas with Carlos/Yoan next in line.

I feel like Nick Williams is the definition of White Sox baseball for the past decade.

My facebook memories had me ranting about how much I hated watching Linebrink. I had forgotten about that guy.

Anyone remember Wilson Valdez?
