This is suppose to be the damn ACE of the staff people were calling for a $200 million extension for.  7 innings 110 pitches better be in the damn cards!   Especially after  only going 1 inning the last time and on 7 days rest now.

That’s some of the worst managing I’ve ever seen. Giolito should’ve been pulled after the walk, to not only leave him in there after the game is tied but to let him get to 115 pitches and go through the order a 3rd time is fucking irresponsible

Throwing away a very winnable game against the worst team in baseball while forcing your gassed out pitcher to throw 114 pitches is beyond insanity

No reason to be mad or upset obviously, but man, definitely feel like TLR messed that one up.  The body language was bad for a while. 

Grandal is terrible. Would have signed a guy like Martin Maldonado cheap. Probably has the same production as Yasmani for 68 million less

That's negligent, all jokes aside. 115 pitches vs the Tigers in April. Guy should have came out before the inning feeling good about himself and healthy/strong. It's one of the more puzzling managerial decisions I've ever seen. 

I said it before in another thread but seriously let's make Hawk GM again so he can fire Tony again.  There's really no downside.

Heur is to Tony, what Cordero was to Ricky.

It's the manager's job to be able to tell when the pitcher is done, whether its Koufax or Paniauga.

Lucas did his job for 6 innings tonight. He clearly lost effectiveness in the 7th. Idk how you ask a guy to go 110 pitches when your bullpen just came off basically 2 off days.
