Let's all keep following these dumbass WAR stats and all the sabermetric BS.  Moncada sucks ass.  WAR is not going to point out his half ass effort throw there that caused a 2 run HR thereafter.

Or is WAR going to penalize Robert for not running out a dropped 3rd strike, with a speedy runner on 2B who could take 3rd with a throw to 1B or even perhaps cause a wild throw down the line?  Th

When the first thing anyone mentions is the energy you bring when you are signed, it's pretty much a red flag saying you can't play very well. Josh brings a lot of energy. I think I called his DFA in his signing thread.

2 walks from the leadoff spot? whut??

LaRoche Melky Bonifacio Beckham and whoever the catcher was...Robertson only somewhat decent move.

Yeah this team is dead.  Absolutely put everyone but Robert, Cease and Kopech on the trade market in a month.

Those are the guys with the most value. If they're rebuilding, those are the guys that have to be traded. Giolito and Lynn(if he has a good year after his injury) have some value.

They're not getting anything for Moncada, Jimenez, Abreu and Grandal.

Well, at least 1 player gives a damn offensively.

Timmy trying to wake people up..

TR looked tired after stealing 2B and even more tired after stealing 3B, better pull him Tony and rest his legs before we score a run

You can get out of a slump and turn things around, you can't overcome people quitting/giving up and that looks and feels like what is happening here.

If they lose 3 out of 5 to the Royals, these pampered pricks should be taking a bus to NY not a chartered fucking flight.  And LaRussa won't or can't do a damn thing to wake these clowns up apparantly.

Tony doesn't even realize they're sleeping, is the problem... probably because he's sleeping himself. This team is lifeless, but they portray themselves with a veil of arrogance that is so off putting when you're not productive and playing like high school kids.

Next five years and then traded to a more competitive organization with the ability to hand out a $200~250 million extension.

Does seem to be the most likely scenario.  I knew he was fast coming in, but was still eye opening to watch him run in game action.

WTF, delusional.    Go do more Sox Math Kid.

His dull lack of excitement while broadcasting sure is fitting.  He does like to joke around though.  Reminds me of more than a few players on this team.

Yoan go and get with Fucking bad bunny. You suck

Jesus, 1 for 16 in the series, shitty effort on a double play ball, glad he's back!

I can't remember a GM with a worse record for one decade who actually managed to blow up a budding rebuild...heck most fantasy owners could have fared better with the same budget.

No doubt about it.

Nicky Lopez is now 6/19 against the White Sox with 6 walks and 2 doubles this year. 2 stolen bases also.

You absolutely can't do that.

You need to try a new hitting coach or manager before tearing the core of the team apart.

Moncada probably does desperately need a change of scenery...but we have to get a similar talent back somehow.
