I've got Kopech > Cease, but I see your point.  Sox have tried tying up 0 of their young front of the rotation types, so chances are they lose all 3 of them.

In all fairness, Burger has to make that play when there is no margin for error offensively.

Graveman is likely not going to Toronto but yet we can't go to him when the starter is over 100 pitches

One can easily argue over-resting players, especially with all the recent off days...is as responsible as anything for all the injuries.
