No runs given up in his last seven outings, all of his earned runs came before April 9; 3 very rough outings out of 11 total. I never said this team wouldn’t win a 6th game; however, yes, most of the roster is still full of “garbage players”. No matter how you slice it there are going to be overused,tired and very bad relievers on a very bad team. TB was hovering around .500 and they have the same problems with their BP. It's getting to the point that having 2 guys in the bullpen capable of pitching 2 + innings is extremely helpful but also seems hard to find guys who can do that Most managers do not want a SP to go through a lineup 3 times . Every team goes through using their worst relievers a couple times a week.
