From the looks of that article Heyman is saying that Robert is the most likely player to get traded at the deadline. They are going to trade everyone they can. This is ridiculous.

This team is so fucked for the foreseeable future.

Sad. I imagined him being on the cover of video games a few years ago and now here we are with nothing left.

Depressing.

Can’t wait to see what low ceiling guys he tries to acquire

Or the opposite of ridiculous

The only thing that I can’t fit into this equation is the Mena trade. What was that all about in light of what’s about to happen?

Seems like a weird time to push Robert but here we are

Seems like a terrible idea.

They know he’s a ticking time bomb before another serious injury

Trade em all.  Fire the coaching staff.  Turn it all over.

Trade/Release everyone and callup the Barons.

On the contrary, he should still be able to fetch a kings ransom so it makes sense to do it now.

We need multiple Top 100 position players ASAP.

Robert's salaries are only going to escalate from here, so get as much value as you can.

They should still be able to get 3 Top 100s including one Top 10.

It's not like Robert is going to be a part of the next competitive team. It would be foolish to hold onto him if there is a good deal on the table. Get it done with Seattle.

That too.

I don't like it because he's probably at the lowest value of his entire career.

Yup sell him before the injuries start creeping back. Such a shame too the Sox have to trade away a talent like this. They really have no choice though.

The ole’ White Sox formula though. Cant really ever stock the farm organically. Have to import prospects through trades. Hopeless really.

A few months too late. His value was never going to be higher than this past offseason when he had just had an entire healthy year.

But yes, trade anyone of value.

Sure, sell for a discount. Why not?

Getz will do the same he did with Cease. Ask for the first born son of the GMs around the league. He won’t get it, will get lowballed, and the league will wait him out.

Maybe Getz just wants to look at some packages
