Welp, this is ultimately a game decided by the umps in my view. Maybe wouldn't have made a difference, but who knows! But it's a nice finish and pretty clear to me the Sox are in fact better than this not-very-good Reds team. Gonna have to win some of the ones you weren't supposed to. That's baseball baby

If Munr doesn’t swing at that 2-1 pitch, it could have ended differently.

Losing two of three at home to a bad Reds club is an embarrassment.

Martin has simply sucked since the break, four straight games he's given up runs in the first inning and put his team in the hole. Including Thursday’s shortened start, he has allowed 23 runs over his last five starts, with 15 of those runs coming in the first inning.

Fedde has also regressed since he's been moved to the bullpen.

Burke is pitching Sunday, so that makes me feel better about at least taking 1. Need to win with Kay on the bump tomorrow because Saturday is a total question mark.
